I'm safely back in Texas! Hurrah. I got in at noon yesterday and it was 55F here and so lovely compared to the 0F in Ohio. I didn't even have to wear a jacket! Fabulous.

I spent all day yesterday reading MtYG fics, and I will be doing NSYNC recs later today, after I have eaten and assured my cat that I'm still alive, since he seems intent on meowing it out of me anyway. But! I wanted to tell everyone about the amazing dream my mother had.

She dreamed that for the finale of Project Runway, the contestants had to design a gown for a woman who was pregnant with a vampire fetus. And the judging panel was Heidi and all the meanest gays my mom could think of from the Style network. Michael Kors was there, but also the crazy OCD guy from "Flipping Out" or whatever that house flipping show is called, plus some other mean gay design guy. I'm sure she had this dream because I kept explaining to my sister about the fetus having to be eaten out of Bella with the words NOM NOM NOM. My poor mother.

Also have been watching The Secret Life of the American Teenager, and the thing that delights me most is that the high school's mascot/team name whatever? LANCERS. It's on the back of the letter jackets and every time I see it, I laugh. I'm such a dork. OH LANCERS.

Finally! I have a favor. Does anyone have Shine by Badly Drawn Boy? I need it, and my usual sources are failing me.

I followed the link to cleolinda's Twilight Recaps and I am reading the one for Breaking Dawn so that I don't have to actually read the books. And. AND. I cannot stop laughing at this:
